Our Vision and MIssion

Vision

Vision – Our vision is “the salvation of man’s entire being” (Romans 1:16). We believe that the power of the Gospel brings transformation and wholeness to every part of a person—spirit, soul & body—as it is written: “May your whole spirit, soul and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Thessalonians 5:23). At POGIFM, we are committed to sharing the message of salvation that not only redeems the spirit, but also renews the mind, restores the soul, and brings healing and strength to the body. Through the Word of God and the work of the Holy Spirit, we seek to lead people into a life of fullness in Christ, experiencing His love, freedom, and power in every area of life

Mission

Our Mission is as follows

  1. To equip and empower the saints by the Word of Faith – We are committed to raising disciples that are rooted in the Word, for “faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17). Through teaching, preaching, and training, we prepare believers to walk boldly in their calling and to serve effectively in the Kingdom of God.
  2. To set God’s people free from bondage and darkness – In Christ, there is freedom! The bible declares “if the Son sets you free, you shall be free indeed” (John 8:36). Through prayer, deliverance, and the power of the Holy Spirit, we labor to break chains of oppression and guide believers into the glorious liberty of God’s children.
  3. To restore the feeble and the backslidden back to Christ’s fellowship – Like the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to seek the one (Luke 15:4), we reach out to those who have drifted away from God’s fold. We aim to deliver, equip, and build up, helping them locate their destinies & divine purpose in this life.
  4. To proclaim the Gospel of Christ to sinners – As “a chosen generation… called out of darkness into His marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9), we preach the message of salvation to the lost, inviting them into the transforming power of Christ. Through the knowledge of truth and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we train and equip new believers to stand firm in their faith and grow into God’s workmanship, prepared for every good work (Ephesians 2:10).
